2025 YOUNG ARTIST COMPETITION

It is a joy hearing the many talented musicians in our area! We look forward to this competition every year! Our competition includes 2 rounds:

• Round 1: Online video submissions. Open September 14, 2025 to October 7, 2025 at swsutah.org
• Round 2: Selected finalists will perform in the Finalist Recital on Thursday, November 6, 2025
• The Gold Medal Winner will be announced at the Finalist Recital. The winner will perform as a soloist with Southwest Symphony in concert on February 6, 2026

2025 ROUND 1 WINNERS

Congratulations to the following young artists! They were the winners of Round 1, and move on to perform live at the Eccles Concert Hall on Nov. 6, 2025 at 7:30 PM for Round 2. Each of these will receive a cash price and a plaque commemorating their achievement, and now compete for the grand prize and a chance to perform with the Southwest Symphony.
