Young Artist Competition

Competition Details Intro
There are three rounds to this competition. For complete details on rules and eligibility, please download the Auditions Guidelines to review the audition guidelines thoroughly.
Video Submission
The First Round requires contestants to submit their performance via a YouTube link, including their accompanist if applicable, by midnight on the due date.
Finalist Recital
Musicians selected from the video submissions will have the opportunity to perform in the Young Artist Finalist Recital, which will also serve as the Second Round of the Competition.
Youth Concerto Concert with Gold Medal Winner
The Gold Medal Winner, chosen at the Finalist Recital, will perform as a soloist with the Southwest Symphony, and will receive a $1,000 cash prize. The Youth Category winner will be invited to perform at an outreach concert. Additionally, all finalists will receive a $100 cash prize.
