Tennile Coello


Tennile Coello, soprano, has always been known for her beautiful singing voice. She began her collegiate vocal studies at Dixie State College where she found a passion for singing opera and musical theater. She continued on to earn a Bachelor degree in Vocal Performance from Utah State and later completed a Masters degree in Vocal Performance at BYU. Although Tennile has primarily performed in her home state with the Southwest Symphony, Utah Festival Opera, St. George Opera, and Hale Center Theater, she has also performed in Washington DC, Italy, and England. Tennile is currently a resident of Hurricane, Utah, where she and her husband live with their 3 children. She enjoys teaching voice lessons in her home and putting on concerts in the St. George Tabernacle.

Lieto Voices! A Community Choir is a performing and recording choir, now in its 20th year in Washington County.

Lieto is pronounced “lee - EH - toe” and is the Italian word for “glad.” The name represents glad voices joined in song.

Lieto is a strong, vibrant community choir that has the power to change lives through the presentation of the finest choral literature -- including music by local composers -- and provides members of the community an opportunity to further their musical experience by singing in an auditioned choir directed by outstanding local musicians.
